Jeff Dodge's 2016 Emmy Predictions

The 68th Primetime Emmy Awards, are this weekend at 8pm ET/5pm PT on ABC, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel. Below are my predictions. (Note: The winners in a few of the categories were already announced at the Creative Arts Emmys, but I still wanted to mention what my predictions were so that everything is together in one article.)

Best Lead Actress in a Comedy Series:
Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Veep

Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series:
Peter Dinklage, Game of Thrones

Best Supporting Actress in a Drama Series:

Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series:
Tony Hale, Veep

Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series:
Allison Janney, Mom

Best Guest Actor in a Drama Series:
Michael J. Fox, The Good Wife

Best Guest Actress in a Drama Series:
Margo Martindale, The Americans

Best Guest Actor in a Comedy Series:
Bradley Whitford, Transparent

Best Guest Actress in a Comedy Series:
Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, Saturday Night Live

Best Limited Series:
The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story

Best TV Movie:
All the Way

Best Lead Actor in a Limited Series or Movie:
Bryan Cranston, All the Way

Best Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie:
Sarah Paulson, The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story

As long as Sarah Paulson wins for The People v. O.J. Simpson (and the show for Best Limited Series), I'll be happy. She was above and beyond the best actor of the entire season. No one else comes close in this category.

Best Variety, Music or Comedy Series (Variety Talk):
Last Week Tonight with John Oliver

Best Variety Sketch Series:
